REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

At NeuroWild (neurowild.com.au), we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if:

Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the ACL.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not generally provided once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, if a digital product is faulty, inaccessible, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If a physical item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We may request photos or further details to process your return.

Depending on the circumstances, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the ACL.

4. CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, unless required by the ACL.

Please include your order number, details of the product/service, and the reason for your request.
