This illustrated resource was created to guide parents through the 'you have an AuDHD brain' conversation- confidently and in an empowering manner.
 
The resource includes sections on: sensory needs, emotions, communication, social style and battery, learning style, hyperfocus, deep interests, and mental battery. Many pages contain questions to prompt reflection and discussion, as well as sections where your child can tick or cross off ideas or experiences that they might identify with.
 
There is an A4 printable worksheet at the end to help your child consolidate the things that were talked about in the resource.
