This 15-page resource looks at ways to help kids coregulate.
The final page is an A4 printable worksheet that adults can use to create a proactive plan for coregulation for a child/teen/adult. It is suitable for a parent, carer, teacher, clinician, or any other adult working with neurodivergent folk. Ideally, this worksheet would be filled in by carers and other adults, collaboratively.
